Timer - The fan switches on with the electrical switch or when the light is switched on. After switching off the light or the switch, the fan continues to run for a certain period of time, which is set by the controller. This period can be from 1 to 30 minutes.

Humidity sensor - The fan is equipped with a humidity level controller which can set the humidity level from ~60%RH - ~90%RH. The fan switches on automatically when the room reaches a certain humidity level or is switched on by a switch.
